As the wine flows and the scent of the grill fills the air, La Dolce Vita truly begins. Four Italian dishes, simple yet full of flavour all prepared on your outdoor kitchen and all made to share.

Bistecca alla Fiorentina
A dish that captures the soul of Tuscany. Thick, juicy steak kissed by flame, finished with nothing more than olive oil, salt and rosemary. Simple, honest, and full of character — just the way it’s meant to be.
Ingredients:
- 1 thick-cut T-bone steak (about 4–5 cm)
- Olive oil
- Coarse sea salt & black pepper
- Fresh rosemary
How to make:
- Rest 10 minutes, sprinkle with black pepper and rosemary, slice thick.
- Bring the steak to room temperature.
- Brush lightly with olive oil and season generously with salt.
- Grill directly over high heat (about 3–4 minutes each side) for a charred crust.
- Move to indirect heat and cook until the inside is rare to medium-rare.

Melanzane alla Parmigiana
Simple, warm and unmistakably Italian. Layers of grilled eggplant, tomato, cheese and basil coming together until golden and bubbling.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggplants, sliced lengthwise
- Tomato sauce (homemade or quality jar)
- Parmesan & mozzarella
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil, salt
How to prepare:
- Brush eggplant slices with olive oil and grill until golden on both sides.
- In a cast-iron pan or grill-proof dish, layer eggplant, sauce, cheese and basil.
- Repeat layers and finish with cheese.
- Place on the grill with the lid closed until the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Serve warm, straight from the grill.

burrata with lemon oil & grilled vegetables
Fresh, creamy and just a little smoky. Burrata on grilled vegetables with lemon oil.
Ingredients:
- 1 burrata
- Zucchini, bell pepper, asparagus
- Olive oil, lemon zest, flaky salt
How to prepare:
- Slice and grill vegetables until slightly charred and tender.
- Mix olive oil with lemon zest for a quick lemon oil.
- Arrange vegetables on a platter, place burrata on top and drizzle with lemon oil.
- Finish with flaky salt, serve immediately.

grilled peaches with mascarpone
Sweet, smoky peaches straight from the grill, topped with mascarpone and honey. Easy, warm, and impossible to resist.
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- Mascarpone
- Honey
- Crushed pistachios (optional)
How to Prepare:
- Brush peach halves with a little honey.
- Grill cut-side down until caramelised and soft.
- Serve warm with a spoon of mascarpone and a drizzle of honey.
- Top with crushed pistachios if you like a little crunch.
